ScreamingColours Atelier, also known as SCAtelier, is a Miami-based luxury editorial portrait atelier founded by photographer Angel R. Gutierrez and CEO and Client Experience Director Yolexis “Yoly” Viera. The atelier creates boudoir, glamour, couples, fine-art editorial and legacy portraits for clients throughout South Florida and worldwide.

Our Evolution

From ScreamingColours Boudoir
to ScreamingColours Atelier

ScreamingColours Atelier is the evolution of ScreamingColours Boudoir, the portrait business through which Angel and Yoly first became known for intimate, confidence-centered photography.

The name changed because the vision expanded. What began with luxury boudoir grew to include glamour, couples, editorial portraiture, fine-art studies and legacy commissions.

This evolution does not erase the history of ScreamingColours Boudoir. It carries that experience forward into a luxury portrait atelier created for a wider range of personal stories.

With more than 20 years of professional photography experience, Angel specializes in editorial portraiture, lighting, posing and cinematic storytelling.

His approach blends technical mastery with an instinct for authentic expression. Rather than relying on rigid poses or standard formulas, Angel directs each portrait around the individuality of the person in front of the camera.

His intention is to create portraits that feel sophisticated and timeless while remaining unmistakably personal.

CEO and Client Experience Director

Yolexis “Yoly” Viera

Yoly brings 28 years of nursing, healthcare leadership and client-engagement experience to every portrait commission.

Her ability to create trust, provide calm guidance and understand the needs of each client shapes the entire SCAtelier experience—from the first private conversation through the final artwork selection.

Her role is to ensure that every detail feels thoughtful, discreet and personally supported.
